VENUE

Our concerts are held either in the Deeside Theatre, Bridge View Road, Aboyne, Aberdeenshire, or in the Aboyne and Glentanar Memorial Hall (the Victory Hall).

The Deeside Theatre is a well-equipped and comfortable small theatre which is part of the Aboyne Community Centre. There is adequate car-parking space and a lift in the building which provides reasonable access for the disabled.

The Theatre seats 230 people in tiered rows. SMC season ticket holders may reserve specific seats for each concert at the time they renew their annual membership.

After each concert the audience is invited to join the Club committee and the performers for wine or soft drinks and cheese biscuits. There is no charge for these refreshments.
